The Miyazaki Dinners is a series inspired by the films of Hayo Miyazaki, a Japanese animator known for breathtaking imagery and unparalleled imagination. This dinner bases itself on the films Ponyo and Porco Rosso and will therefore be a mashup of themes, cuisines, and ingredients. Expect Japanese and Italian flavors as land, air, and sea are brought together in an evening of food and drink that will be wildly creative and tasty.
