The Miyazaki Dinners are a series of menus inspired by the films of Hayao Miyazaki, a Japanese animator known for breathtaking imagery and unparalleled imagination. This dinner bases itself on the films Howls Moving Castle and Castle In The Sky and will therefore be a mashup of themes, cuisines, and ingredients with a focus on magic.
